I absolutely adored the charming decor at this delightful lodge. It had a lovely, homey feel that made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The general areas were beautifully maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, I found the hotel to be easily accessible for senior people like myself, with well-lit hallways and no challenging staircases to navigate.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful. Sometimes, I felt they could have been more proactive in anticipating our needs and providing assistance without us having to ask.

The best part about our stay was the warm welcome we received from the manager. She made us feel right at home and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another great aspect was the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is located in a picturesque setting with stunning views that you can enjoy from your room. the facilities were excellent. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the cheese platter and bottle of wine provided upon arrival. It was a nice way to start our vacation.

The provision of towels for the hot springs was a thoughtful touch. We were delighted to receive a breakfast basket as their first guests and enjoyed a tour around the stunning property. The peaceful surrounds, excellent customer service, and wonderful gardens added to the overall experience. The lodge's great location, just a short drive from central Hamner Springs, made it convenient for exploring the area. The good-sized kitchenette offered all the necessary amenities. With its beautiful decor and welcoming atmosphere, Amuri Estate Luxury Lodge is the perfect choice for couples and families alike.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff at the B&B were friendly and welcoming. Deb, the woman who greeted us, was lovely and gave us a thorough tour of the property. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was of high quality. We were impressed by the breakfast and the complimentary wine, cheese, and cakes in the afternoon. The views and surroundings were stunning, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. it was an amazing stay and we highly recommend it.
